Just like women can get plastic surgery to become attractive, there must be something that men can do to become more attractive. What is that?

As well all know men are attracted to skinny women with big breasts and ass.

Whereas women are attracted to tall men who are well hung.

The issue here is that someone who is short and not hung will never be attractive despite having a good physique.

Contrarily, a woman who has small breasts can easily become attractive with a breast augmentation.

Say a man who is short has a physique like arnold schwarzenegger. He will still be unattractive to most women because he is short.

So what can these guys do?

I will define short here as anyone under 5'8 and small penis as under 5 inches.
