Feminists and "equal pay" boils down to this: They want to be paid more money for less work (that is, the same pay as him but for less hours worked,) and while working less dangerous and less demanding jobs.

I am really curious about how this turns out. I admit I have not been following it incredibly closely but I have a hard time seeing a class action lawsuit against all of wal-mart getting through. An individual wal-mart or a few run by a regional manager? Maybe. All of wal-mart? not quite buying it.

Wall mart can have match the national average and still have branches that have discriminatory policy. I remember an article where the managers said (or were accused of saying) things like "a womens place is in the home. We can't promote you (woman) because men have actual careers"
