I was talking to my wife about how annoyed I am with how everyone is enamored with the pink ribbon campaign. Pink ribbons on cars, pink pizza boxes, pink everything. Now I've got no beef with pink and certainly not with awareness of breast cancer, but I was telling her I'm mad at how prostate cancer kills about the same amount of men every year as breast cancer kills women, yet you never hear of it.

She said "Why don't you start a campaign for prostate cancer then?"

And so here I am, /r/Mensrights. I propose we really make a push for a prostate cancer awareness campaign. I heard of Prostober and I'm sure there's got to be a small campaign somewhere for just this thing. So how about we make our own push as men and seek out research and awareness for prostate cancer?
