Greetings, I am a 19 years old male who decided to get his testosterone levels checked because the lack of results at the gym even if since I started reading TRP I have been going to the gym constantly, without skipping one workout. My sleep, nutrition and training has been good yet I have been getting poor results. I know, you guys might say it is all in my mind but after 1 year of lifting, i can not even bench press 50kg. I do not drink alcohol, no smoking, I don't do drugs.

Anyway I took the blood test and the results came back within their "normal" limit. Which was 400 total testosterone and 10 free testosterone. I would have been ok if the free testosterone wasn't in a 9-50 range. These are the levels of a 80 years old man yet the medics are telling me I am perfectly optimal (despite my constant tiredness, low sex drive and lack of gym progress). This is probably due to my bluepill way of living up induced by my parents/school.

Now I am sitting at a crossroads which might change my life. I got 3 options: -Continue living like shit, tormented by low test and lack of gains/life. -Start pinning -Intentionally crash my testosterone levels so the doctor puts me on TRT. What should I do TRP? you're the only one I can talk about this with.
