What is the point of posting this? The brief article says that she already provides healthcare insurance for her children and her wages are being garnished for a 2nd insurance policy that the children do not need. A mistake or oversight.

I totally understand your frustation. I went through it for years, until I finally caught on. Whenever you can get an app’t. You may have to go there just to make an app’t. I did. But when you can see the referee{ those are not judges } you just go before a referee when he ask you if what he says or orders is ok just say no I want to see a foc judge. They will set it up and the judge plays more hard ball than the referees! At least that’s how it worked for me. My ex was $ 42,000.00. behind. My youngest son is 23 and I am still collecting. The interest on that is killing my ex. but it’s what he gets for being a deadbeat dad for 21 yrs. When I finally caught on that I had a right to say no it’s not alright with me that you are asking me to take $ 200 or $ 300 to keep him out of jail each time we had to go to foc for him to show cause of why he wasn’t obeying the court order.Keep going down there. I was told by the court to pay child support and I make far less than my ex. You know what i did? I just said "no." I told her if they had any needs I would buy them. If they needed a place to live they could stay with me. I told them if they needed food to eat they had a place at my table. Your paycheck (and mine) is also being garnished to pay for the healthcare of many people who are not under your care. Yay!
