I've been doing this for so long I don't have an opinion any more. I just go by the rules. Women can dress as sexy as they want in the workplace, but a male is only allowed EYE CONTACT with the woman and is not allowed to check her out. You can ONLY check them out when they are not looking, but it's their job to CATCH you checking them out. Never mention a woman's clothing to her (in the work place)...period
