If you *really** wanted to highlight homophobia then you'd post some statistics. Or you'd post about murder that is a more clear cut case of persecution, rather than something allegedly provoked by sexual assault.*

False rape claims is a pretty common topic amongst mens rights groups, at least online. Do you not see the similarity? Someone starts resenting a person they had sex with and want to get back at them.

I'm sure I could find some statistics but I posted this because I found it right now and thought it made for an interesting comparison.

This is a serious problem. If MRAs can't support gays, then they should be ready for when they don't get gay support. For example: Atheists widely support LGBT issues because there is some overlap in the "religious persecution" department. In return, many gays support atheist causes when it comes to the same general topic. Applied: If MRAs can't support the rights of gay men and how they are undermined by homophobia (like in this article. The guy was killed by his lover most likely because the lover didn't want to be associated with gays) under the excuse of "this doesn't affect most men", then gay men as a group have no real reason to support your paternity rights pet issue because "that doesn't affect the majority of gay men". If MRAs don't become more inclusive of issues, they will never gain wide support
