Hold frame. They may hate you but at least they'll respect you, and more importantly, you'll respect yourself. No need to go full MRA or TRP but I would at least challenge their bullshit.

Hate and love are surprisingly close together and are not necessarily opposites. If you agree with them, they'll be indifferent towards you, and indifference is the true opposite of love.

I like how fiction gives some lessons. Ever seen the Big Bang Theory? I doubt any chick besides Amy Farrah Fowler ever fell for a guy because he was smart, and even her, in a sitcom about nerds, also appreciates his social status.

You obviously have to pick your battles. There is no way you're gonna say something like "Marriage is more woman-friendly than man-friendly, divorce laws and custody settlements are gender-biased, woman-shelters, woman-scholarships, false-rape cries etc." and not make them look like sociopaths looking to grab for resources. But you can spin their logic to your benefit. "I agree, yes, women are free to make their choices and they shouldn't be objectified for choosing to be attractive or shamed for having sex with anyone" - now you're using a feminist point of view for your own benefit, establishing yourself as an open-minded, non-judgemental attractive male.

Obviously don't forget to be attractive in terms of physical attractiveness as well as silver-tongueness.

And never sell your dignity.
