(Warning: I'm horrible at writing a comprehensive and understandable english text, any swede who can translate better is free to do so.)

(And yes, I got a flashback from some Ron Paul videos from 2012 when she started the text with "this whole idea")

This whole idea about feminists wet dream about som damn man who just "submits" to one's will the whole fucking time. There's plenty of men like that, and they suck so fucking much. Men lacking in fucking initiative are weaklings. I want men that can take responsibility and intitiative without being authoritarian, who can take part in a conversation without being completely lost. I socialized with a so called "nice guy" when I was younger, and I realized that he pretty much missed a spine.

There are few things that are so provoking like men that are acting like they are being controlled, who just "complies" with everything unwillingly. I feel like their mother. I don't understand that men just assume that this is what one is looking for? Why should I want to be my partners mother?

Men that never comes with their own initiatives and then takes the right to whine because they did not get any say in the deciding. All these men who just waited and waited until someone else solves the problem for them and then have the nerve to be dissatisfied with the solutions.

This submission is false , for it is ultimately still the man who has the power to define the situation. I do not feel that it gives me the right to decide , it just gets a double pressure of having to think about both my needs and his . I want men to take responsibility for their own needs without constantly putting them first. I want to be neither slave nor my partners mum, I wanted to be his PEER . I want us to take joint responsibility for each other

(someone replied on twitter on this text and this is the reply)

Once had a partner who behaved EXACTLY like my little brothers when they wanted to escape from doing anything. Would once cut something. "How so?" He asked. "Type in cubes." "But, how much?" "How should I cut? '" Is this right? "And I felt DIRECT again the behavior from my younger siblings at 7 or 10 years! Ask as many questions as possible so someone finally takes over. Another thing was the classic phrase "But you're so much better at this ...."

Reading the comments from other women is also very enlightning) Original text : http://www.arsinoe.se/jag-vill-varken-vara-en-mans-morsa-eller-slav/
