"The Equality and Human Rights Commission (EHRC) said that in 12 of 25 job categories it studied, there were fewer women holding top posts."

So 13/25 categories had MORE women or at least an even amount. That means that the MAJORITY of the jobs they studied were balanced or imbalanced to the favor of women.

I'm sorry... what's the problem?

yeah, the whole work-life balance thing. Employers favor those who put the business' needs ahead of those of their own family.

I still don't see why this is disgraceful

basically it says fundamental envionmental factors of the nature of work is biased against women-- but this is a natural physical barrier. Men arent going to have difficulty from pregnancy at all. Only when Men and Women devote the same amount of time to their work and educational opportunities will equality even begin to exist. Unfortunately the experiement will always be skewed so long as women continue to be the only gender able to give birth.

Femenazis will never come to terms with the fact that men don't have indoor plumbing and cannot have babies. I'll wager that as soon as the technology becomes available said femenazis will DEMAND that men be implanted with childbearing organs to even out the playing field.
