I've been watching the Fear Street trilogy on Netflix. I was watching Fear Street: Part Two - 1978 and it has scene in which two characters, one high school camper and one older camp counselor, have sex.

While the actress who played the high school girl was 18, the actor who played the counselor fucking her was SEVENTEEN. What the fuck? Why is a 17-year-old boy in a sex scene? Is this even legal?

If a 17-year-old girl acted in a sex scene, there would be public outrage. Why is there no public outrage when it's a boy?
