In a way, men need to realize that women's standards are unatainable for most men and that it's unfair and rigged since the beginning, so that men can move on and focus on what's more important:

Do not value women, do not undervalue yourself
Do not listen to women
Do not delude yourself into being obsessed with self improvement, we've got enough ripped incels with 6 figures to confirm this isn't all that important.
Focus on bullshitting women instead of trying to attain the value they tell you they want.

I heard everything from women. "you're too short" "if only you were more slim" "you dress like a homeless", from the women I have sex with. It doesn't fucking matter, talk to them, make them feel wanted, don't listen to their bullshit.

Sidenote:

One day you'll make one pregnant and she'll grow stretch marks, she'll grow fat, her tits will sag, all this due to genetic. Some even lose their hair permanently and also their teeth. It will catch them up soon enough, they think they're safe just because their genetic fitness evaluation is delayed and then they complain about how pregnancy fucks them up and how men have to put more to the table because ~~of it~~ they're genetically unfit.

That part is important for you to know so that you do not ever get fooled to think a girl is too good for you.

They don’t but if you continuously find that you can’t attract people who meet your standards then you might want to consider if you should lower them. For some people that is unacceptable, so they have to accept that their pool is going to be much smaller and they’re going to have a harder time.

Standards aren’t nearly as important as PPD makes them out to be. Most women have a list of things they want in an ideal partner but many times date men who don’t fulfill those. It always goes back to the fact that there’s a contingent of men who approach dating as if it should be a calculus problem — do xyz and you’ll get a woman who is xyz. Fundamentally you have to be relaxed and go with the flow and accept risk and rejection to be successful in dating. A lot of men here seem fundamentally unable to do that.
