Because, they think men want it or they deserve it. Sexual assault is one of the most sexist things ever, someone slaps a woman’s ass, they’re getting jail time. Violently grab a mans crotch, no one gives a fuck. It pisses me off

It certainly does matter...to a judge. He needs to file a complaint. He should have done it the day of the event. But it's only two years and with many witnesses he should have no problems in court.

When this happens at work guys act immediately. Men will be vilified, but don't worry about that, sexual assault means big payouts. Him keeping his mouth closed didn't work out to well for him, he wasn't kept on in his job.

Get sexually harassed, discriminated or abused and report it and sue. The laws are very strict now.

Obviously there's the gender angle, but there's also a political angle. I think the Democrats (which are in my opinion a more centralized party than the Republicans) saw Cuomo as expendable, maybe even a liability and were willing to get rid of him. I'm no fan of Cuomo but I hope he continues to fight it (remember the same state attorney general that investigated him also went after the NRA and Pres. Trump).

I have a few theories on the Cuomo thing. 1 is that Democrats wanted to get rid of him because they were afraid he'd lose in 2022 and that would mean a Republican governor of New York. 2 is that the wanted to take the heat off the nursing home issue in order to protect other governors (especially half-Whitmer from Michigan, who they see as a rising star and might have gotten the Vice-Presidency if black activists didn't pressure Biden to pick a black woman). A third theory I've heard is that Democrats fear Cuomo could have been a presidential contender in 2024 which makes him a threat to Joe or Kamala. A fourth theory i've also heard is that Cuomo is anti-China and China of course has a lot of influence over our politicians (both parties), universities and corporations.

Another thing is I think Grisham is considered (along with her brother who is a U.S. Senator) to be one of the democratic party's rising stars. Partly because they're Hispanic.
