Domestic violence accusations are almost always thrown around during divorce. Any competent lawyer will encourage women to make a bogus charge just to have a stronger case during separation, as there is absolutely no repercussion or downside to it.

Statistics on this may be iffy, here's a source saying how many "victims" decided to drop charges in england and how it is in sharp rise: https://www.johnsonastills.com/site/blog/ejablog/domestic_violence but it's pretty hard to find comprehensive statistics on this because they don't make women look good at all.

In truth it is not possible to demonstrate that the only cause is ~~worms~~ lawyers encouraging women to make bogus claims for cash but I'd bet both my kidneys it's a good chunk of it.

Thats what happened today. This bitch at work.. started accusing me of "harassment" because i was sitting near the powerpoint near her desk. I told my supervisor about how fake and exaggerated that accusation was,but im not sure how the supervisor took it because shes a female too.

All sorts of false allegations are made, it’s entirely possible they will result in a conviction also. It’s so bad that it’s impossible to gauge the accuracy of crime statistics based on convictions.

A while ago, I expressed my opinion on false accusations and how they're far more common than the 2% statistic cited by feminists. A feminist responded by saying if I believed that, I must be hiding some sexual misconduct of my own in the past.

Essentially, to prove me wrong about false accusations, she (drumroll) ... falsely accused me of committing sex crimes.

Yep, that's true. A girl accused me of harassing her. All her feminists friends call me a rapist to this day, even if we never dated, and the girl herself said explicitly that I never touched her in any way except for a hand shake.

Rape is the perfect accusation. It's a stigma that you can never wash, very difficult to prove true or false, cheap to do, expensive to avoid. It's the perfect attack.

I would say yes you are right. However, I would also say there are some awful men out there who get away with awful crimes and behaviours.

As men we need to be as strong in our condemnation of the men who treat women in appalling ways, just as we demand that the scandal of false allegations is addressed, Men who rape are pond life, so are women who throw around false claims, as are the people and institutions that indulge such fantasies.

Domestic violence, paternal fraud, drug related crimes, child negligence or molestation.

All those things happen frequently if you ask any lawyers, but there's few studies about it.

According to the Bureau of Justice Statistics, and several independent studies, false rape claims are between 38-48 percent of rape claims -and that's provably, 'we know it's false' cases, not 'he said/she said, and we've got no idea'.

The next closest fake claim is assault -which occurs in about 14-18 percent.

Now, these statistics only include women who actually made a complaint, to officers, that was documented. It doesn't include...

Women going to HR, women talking to their families/friends, women in custody battles, women being arrested for something different then claiming rape, etc.
