No and it sucks. I want a good group of guys to bull shit with and build stuff together smh. To your point. Men bond through building stuff and doing stuff together. It's a brotherhood. Not good at talking through feelings per say. But now I would say men doing stuff together and sticking together has been demolished socially too. I am a white 30 year old male. I have to say I frequently find myself feeling like I can't find a group of guys to bull shit with, that have responsibilities and goals that look ahead. Or ambition. It is disheartening. It's not everyone though as I see woman still generally tend to buddy up and talk etc etc. which I think is a good think not bad. Just noting that it seems to be something that men have lost in recent years for whatever reason.

Talking shit is all good fun. It's a way to test the strength of a potential friend. There is nothing wrong with it. Test yourself against others.

The other side is having really close "brothers", even one, that will actually listen when you actually need it and are not just wining like a little bitch about silly shit.

It takes a bit to develop such friendships. There's a saying, true friends can be counted on one hand. That's if you're lucky.

We're in a world now where most boys have no fathers. Nobody to trust, to confide in. This makes having good friends, even one, so much more important.

It's also important to practice joking around, thickening yer skin, not being a total wimp. This, like it or not, has ALWAYS been expected of men, and it won't change any time soon.

Just this week, I was out for a walk and a man I passed by complimented my hair. It felt really nice to get that compliment.

Absolutely! We give each other hugs if we're not doing great, we listen to each other, and we try to help each other out. We really do care for each other's well-being, and I'd do just about anything for them.

Not really. When we were younger it was all about ball busting now that we’re older most of us are too busy with our families to dedicate that much time to one another.
