Hi,

I would like to see a response to this website. I can already create some of my response myself in my head, but if anyone smarter/better at formatting/cooler than me has a moment, a response to this would be cool af!!

https://rationalwiki.org/wiki/Men%27s_rights_movement

Topics include the draft, circumcision, family court, etc. I thought the website was generally fair, but definitely downplayed some men's issues in its responses, and also made everything about women's issues.

Here's a site I usually use: https://becauseits2015.wordpress.com

Estimates of Funding for Various Research, Condition, and Disease Categories (RCDC) (February 24, 2020) NIH. In the U.S, the NIH has budget items for women's health and violence against women, but no corresponding items for men's health or violence against men.[62]

This is certainly unfair, but does not imply that the healthcare system as a whole is unfair to men. Indeed, that would be like a white person saying that the existence of the National Institute on Minority Health and Health Discrepancy somehow means the entire system is rigged in against white people, even though the point of such an institute is to alleviate already existing healthcare inequalities. As it stands, the healthcare system was designed with men in mind while organizations have had to spring up in order for women's specific health concerns to keep pace; and while men and women commit equal levels of minor domestic violence against one another, severe domestic violence and domestic terrorism is still committed more against women,[63][64] while a great deal of female-on-male violence seems to be self-defense.[65] However, most female on male violence is not in self-defense. A study of British heterosexuals found that only 21% of female on male domestic violence is in self-defense.[66]

Obviously the above is true, but the existence of that department is not the concern/problem. Its the lack of focus on improving men's health and outcomes in many areas, dummy! https://www.phillyvoice.com/office-mens-health-benefits-us-government-congress-hhs/
