Saw this on my Twitter feed and immediately groaned seeing it. As someone who supports genuine equality, I'm sorry but this gender-pandering garbage isn't my idea of it. What about male ambition? There's plenty of ambitious men and yet it's only ambitious women who deserve empowerment and opportunity? Last I checked, sex organs are irrelevant to things like job skills and leadership capabilities. I didn't even know Women's Leadership Day was a thing, how about a Men's Leadership Day? Of course knowing feminists they'll spout off their usual nonsense like "men are always leaders and in positions of power." I firmly believe the best person for the job is the one who should be in a position of power and if that person happens to be female then great, but wanting it to be a woman for the sake of it is wrong. This nonsense is so damaging to legit gender equality.
