I work in a hospital. I don’t think I have ever been with a group of men commenting on the physical characteristics of female colleagues. It’s just not done.

Female and gay colleagues tend to discuss the attractiveness of male colleagues.

In my experience, women talk more about sex and comment more on how men look than the other way.
