The video isn’t clear with who brought the allegations to the police. It said the alleged victim never went to the police but the roommate gave the police his name?

One or both of the females are lying. Question is, can he sue them for defamation or slander? Pretty sure he can prove damages. His name will always be associated with the allegations let alone the cost of defending himself.

Either way, there should be consequences for falsely accusing someone of something. Court costs/attorney fees and a public apology at minimum.

Moral of the story: Stay within the camera's view. No cameras = No business. Dont be afraid or feel embarrassed to ask where the cameras are & stay in clear sight of them. This crap's being going on for too long & if you have something to lose, like your life & freedom, you should try & stay visible, in line of a camera, while at a business like a bar.

The person the guy had sex with got alcohol poisoning, roommate found her, called the resident assistant and named the dude. I think it’s mostly the uni trying to save their asses, the assistant might have suggested calling police. Still kinda fucked up, lucky the dude had videos lol
