I know for sure that if you keep breathing that would help. I always had a problem of holding my breath and could feel the point of no return getting near.

And last thing would be the mentally aspect, just like /u/jabbahabba pointed it out. In my experience, if I keep thinking about how tight that pussy is or whatever, I will cum sooner. Do Kegels, and Edging. Trust me - not only is it good for your genital health it will increase your stamina significantly. There was a recent study done posted on reddit saying most guys average 6 minutes or so. I used to be around that number. Now I can go for a good 20-30 minutes if not longer depending on how hard I'm fucking.

I agree with almost everything that has already been said in here. Most importantly breathing. Here is how I fixed mine, almost right away.

1) Breathing. Deep breaths, calm down.

2) This helped me the most. Slow the fuck down at first. You don't need to go in jack hammer mode as soon as you penetrate. Just take your time, slow, long strokes and slowly speed up. Trust me, she will love it to, because you build up to the actual fucking.

I struggled with this a lot for a while. Here's what worked for me:

1 - rub one out about 2-3 hours before go-time.
2 - have some alcohol. 2-3 bourbon & waters are my go-to.

1+2 are generally enough for me, but it can leave you a little less 'rigid' than normal. If that's the case, or if worrying about it is going to cause problems, then

3 - take a ciallis.

I'd say to stick with Cialis over Viagra. It works for a few days, and it doesn't give me the cold-like symptoms of Viagra. Also, I can rarely finish if I add Viagra to steps 1 & 2. Cialis seems to be ok though.

I did 1-3 for a while and then I suddenly found that I was lasting a lot longer without any help. The biggest thing now is finding the right position. If I can start in a position where I can last for a minute or two, then I can go for 10+ easy. It's just finding that low-stim starting position. For me, I like to be on my knees with her laying on her back and her ass up on a pillow. Her on top works well too, but I don't have as much control from there. Also, me on my knees also gives me a good way to work her clit while I'm thrusting. After going like that for a few minutes, then I can generally go to pound town in some other position. Otherwise, If I feel the O coming on, then I just sit up and take it easy for a bit.

The downside to this is that sometimes, if I do all this, I can't finish at all. Or I have to really wear her out to get it done. That's a lot better problem though than being the 3-pump chump I was before I figured all this out.
