So this woman goes missing and police release this video where she clearly has mental health issues, admits hitting her boyfriend while calling him dumb/stupid, admits pulling on the steeringwheel mid drive. She has no injuries, her bf has.

Now read the comments on youtube and also watch how police aske her time and time again if he hit her and abused her. Meanwhile the guy has scratches and bruises on his face and the police ask him "how did you get those?"

No matter what happened with her, this video and to comments on youtube show how the guy is immediately guilty. Even though she admits on video that she attacked him and he did nothing but try to calm her down

This case is already a men’s rights issue. Man-haters so used to profiling perps they don’t mind creating male danger out of thin air. The mutual female Instagram solidarity, never admit that a woman could lie or do foolish, dangerous things.

The police report named him as the victim. The cops are being very careful not to say he's a killer. It's mainly TV commentators that are attacking him the police say they honor his right to not talk to the police.

I don't think this will end well for her or for him.

Not a good time to be a man right now, even worse to be in a relationship. Don't know if he murdered her or not but everyone is still gonna blame him even if he didn't. In the event he did the media will just use this as another example in their war against men and vilify all men as a generalization. Highly doubt it but would be quite fucked up if she pulls some "gone girl" shit, can she sees already manipulative since after beating him she's the one crying when the cops show up. The guy also seems manipulative though, just a messy messy situation.

If police turn up and a woman has scratches etc and the guy is fine ,he is getting locked up straight away , but a blonde blue eyed girl ,she is somehow a victim even though she caused the harm.

This case has feeling me all over the place.

When I first heard about it earlier this morning from my classmates, I jumped to the conclusion that he must’ve guilty of something. Then I eventually realized I gave into the societal bias being quick to label men as guilty, and this video helped me realize it.

I mean, his actions are highly suspicious just given the fact that he did not report her missing at all after so much time had passed. But there’s obviously a lot more going on than we know right now. He’s in a really rough spot, especially if he’s innocent because society has already condemned him. The timeline and story just aren’t looking good for him. I really wish he had said something earlier because he must know something about her whereabouts so his silence just incriminates him further in a lot of people’s eyes. Either way, this is not going to go well for anyone.

News channels on YT are saying a body has been found that has similar characteristics to Gabby. Most are ready to crucify Brian or "go medieval" on him as some comments said.

People need to calm tf down about their opinions. The armchair detective brigade, whose attention span is half of that of a gnat, do not know the details. We are getting the details that the police involved are releasing. They're probably telling Gabby's family not to disclose certain things so it helps to catch Brian, his family, or anyone else in a lie if they state something about the situation that was never made public.

When Brian and Gabby were stopped in her van by the police during their trip, she easily admitted hitting him while he was driving. She left numerous scratch marks on his right arm and hand, which makes sense because he was driving and she was in the passenger seat. The police were this close to charging her (assault? battery? I forget) and adding on domestic violence to the charge, which would have made the charge more serious against her. They ended up transporting Brian to stay overnight at an undisclosed location while they told Gabby to fend for herself that night.

How does anyone know what tf happened? We just default to "he murdered her"? In a rage?

Maybe it was self-defense for all we know. Or accidental. Or something else. But no one wants to believe that he might be innocent of murder.

This post is one of the most ignorant ones I have seen on this case. They were clearly not biased against men and thats obvious as hell. They could have cited him for reckless driving and didn't. They also got him a place to stay for free for being a victim. He didn't even want them to arrest her. He was treated respectfully the whole time.
