Hello there,
I'd like to collect small signs on how one can spot truly nurturing women. This list is just for us to check if we fulfill the points or if there are things we have to work on.
Signs of a nurturing woman:
- Takes impeccable care of herself. She knows how to keep body, mind and social life healthy. If you can't nurture yourself, how will you nurture your future children?
- Has lush, healthy plants in her house. Bonus points if she's already had them for a very long time (e.g. a few years) because then she really knows how to take care
- Sees the doctor and dentist regularly
- Has an uplifting, warm demeanour and knows how to lift people's spirits up
- Can give thoughtful advice if someone comes up with their problems

I feel like 1 and 3 are negotiable. A woman can put herself on the back burner and do even better at nurturing others for this reason. You don't have to believe in the whole self love narcissism thing to love others. Saying "but how will you nurture your future children?" seems kind of judgemental. You can excel in nurturing others even when you don't believe in nurturing yourself. It's two different things, two different people. You can care about someone else's health without regularly visiting a doctor or dentist yourself, too. Some cultures even reserve dental visits for emergencies.
