If you used the same pictures, he could reverse search your accounts. Any information really. If you have a rare first name or a combination of a name and university/age. Once he found your full name, finding the rest of your accounts was probably easier. Just block him on everything you can. If he escalates to stalking irl or keeps creating new accounts - go to the police.

Yes if he had your phone number I know Instagram at least will suggest people in your phone contacts. Use a burner phone number next time until he proves he's not a creep.
