He already paid her 375,000 dollars 12 years ago, 2009 the year of the alleged rape. It was stolen legal papers that she based this new attempt to achieve a 56 million dollar pay day.

I don't know who is telling the truth but he's getting off on a technicality because the evidence is stolen. Not that it wasn't damning evidence.

I think the issue is that her definition of the word “rape” is when someone decides not to commit to a relationship with you after consensual sex.
