So the language here may differ between us what is your definition of treating a woman well? Mine is teasing her, making us both laugh, enjoying her body and if she has a decent personality enjoying her mind. Never being abusive but always ensuring she understands that my time is as valuable as hers if not moreso.

If your definition involves bringing her gifts to show how special she is ..then yes it's against TRP. if your idea includes constantly measuring her as an equal and never taking control/ leading a relationship then yes...it's against TRP. if your definition includes worshipping the ground she walks on and taking every beautiful word that comes from her lovely delicate mouth at face value...yes TRP is against that.

TRP advocates enjoying women as simply other people, understanding your value in a relationship, and always having options so that you can maintain an air of attractiveness. If you are trying to be a disney prince to someone elses disney princess your mindset is against TRP .

No. You've misunderstood.

trp does provide the evidence that women love assholes and badboys, but the reason behind that is intrigue, excitement, confidence.
trp provides advice that you should put yourself first, the inverse of that is letting them walk on you, not simply being polite. Don't transfer value for free.
trp tells you to practice abundance, this doesn't mean tormenting or using women, it means setting a boundary by recognizing there's always another buyer waiting, a healthy minimum bid where both parties are trading. "She gets your attention, she satisfies your desires." This is world's away from being one sided!
trp currently is still in major growth stage because of societies recent focus on feminism vs manosphere, more accurately childhood vs agency, so there are a lot of "completely understandable" angry influences on trp and asktrp. This is just a stage of awakening, not the total praxeology. Do not conflate the part as the sum.

Tldr, trp is about recognizing why things work the way they do, and mastering yourself to build the life you want in regards to it not about treating anyone like shit. Really, half of trp is garnering enough self respect to say NO to a bad deal.

Redpill tells you in plain words that you will have better sexual success treating women like asshole douchebro and/or using manipulation tactics, than being average chump nice guy pushover.

If you would read in between lines you would understand that such behaviour would grant you only (as rule of thumb) women with low selfesteem, daddy issues or otherwise not well adjusted. Which is useless when you want more than pump and dump from women.

There is vast of information and tools how to be a man who can attain well adjusted good looking woman and keep her. Ie all that looks, social status, wealth, frame and so on howtos.

Since you have trouble to filter out what is what i recommend you to read 'Models: how to attract women by honesty' by Mark Manson. Its kinda softcore redpill focused on getting 'quality' women without offensive lingo and attitude. I am sure you will like it.

Women go for guys who treat them like shit. Why? Because they treat them the way they feel about themselves. Treating a woman better than she feels about herself is a recipe for disaster.
