Thousands of dads are left in shock as DIY paternity tests soar. Up to 30,000 tests are being performed every year, says Alphabiolabs. In the UK about 750,000 babies are born every year. Feminists want the test to be illegal without the written consent of the mother.

Mother-of-two, 40, falsely branded a neighbour a sex offender because he 'made too much noise building a guinea pig hutch in his garden'. It seems for many women if they do not get their way they make a false sex allegation knowing a man is not protected by the law.

They tried to ham up the fact he was 6 foot and she was smaller and pregnant, but the key issue is that a manager harassed a worker. In this case the manager was female, the worker male. Physical size means nothing because as soon a anyone (male or female) is physical with a manager (male or female) that's a sackable offence.

> Manager Joe O'Halloran didn't bother checking the CCTV as he presumed 'as a heavily pregnant woman Ms Francis was quite vulnerable and would have avoided any form of physical altercation at all costs to protect her baby'.

No. I think you will find that women will often put themselves in harms way because any form of physical contact from a male will result in total punishment and the man made an example of....

Physical confrontation with pregnant women? Your life is OVER as you know it in todays world. All other facts / information would immeidatly become irrelevent.

Often women put them in a martyr style position. Quit often they will strike a man and they say things like "Never hit a women" and event tease men that they cannot use a physical response even if the man is basically getting a beating....

This is often domestic violence when its female on male in a nut shell.

This also suggests that Ms Francis is a bad mother as she potentially put her baby at unnecessary risk of harm.

Far too many people do not grasp this at all. A woman at least has some shot at defending herself against a man, at the absolute worst it's no different than a small guy versus a big guy, whereas a man cannot defend himself against a woman at all leaving him completely helpless, so it's the same as a grown man bullying an infant. Either there should be an even stronger taboo against that than there is for men getting physically aggressive or violent with a woman due to the greater disparity, or the one favoring women needs to be discarded. Sadly we all know neither will happen.

Domestic violence and things like this really should be viewed as abuses of power. "Power" can be believing that you are stronger because of your sex or your size, and it can be believing that the other person won't fight back or that the legal system will side with you.

I think I read that lesbian relationships have the highest occurrence of domestic violence, followed by heterosexual relationships and then gay relationships. This doesn't add up if you believe that sex is the main factor. If you think about who is more likely to believe they are in one of those positions of power and when / which relationship, it does. E.g. are men more likely to believe they are physically stronger than their partner when dating a woman or a man? Same for a woman.

Yup the power dynamic is a problem. One of the things I have always done is when there is in obvious imbalance of power in a relectionship doesn't matter if your on the one with the power or the other one. But its time to typically terminate the relectionship. Its actually advice I have given to both male and female and serveral have thanked me for it since.

One of the common trens in domestic violence is when it starts. It often starts with mental bulling typically escaplates to physical and then the physical aspects escaplates because the people keeps getting away with it.

I have seen it in workplaces a lot as well. People basically never learn how to say no to their boss when asked for something.

Mr O'Halloran told the tribunal: 'I'm merely saying that [it was] someone who is a larger person, Mr King, versus a smaller person...

Store manager Lee Murphy claimed he did not think Ms Francis was 'threatening at all'.

That's like not investigating a sexual abuse complaint because the alleged perpetrator doesn't look "rapey".

'Ms Francis was in a vulnerable position... [It is] reasonable to assume that someone wouldn't want to put herself in harm's way.'

We have priuses playing the breaking game with 40 footers.

She should be charged for false imprisonment.

Ugh them ignoring his complaint with that reasoning is absurd. But not unheard of. Somehow I think if too many of these lawsuits start effecting women in power, they will figure it how to tweak the law to only harm men again.

An angry female manager attacked my office door, I wouldn't open it. I sued and retired. That wasn't all there was to it but that was the seed that started the law suit.

I am glad the judge saw sense. What I am pissed off about is the tone and 'quotation marks' being used to scoff at the idea.
