Funny that western people see 'arranged marriages' as a monstrosity from the past, when a lot of their own marriages had been arranged by your family or friends. Remember when you friends say 'We know exactly the girl for you' and then she coincidentally shows up in the next party and you both are the only singles? that's how arranged marriages work.
