Good for Dr. Kambhampati. As he says, the problem is that the 90% is allowing the more vocal 10% to dictate to them how to behave, what to think.

The 90% must stand up against this, even though it is a distraction from everything else they want to get on with in their lives. We, here, need to be leading the way in the public sphere so that others will feel more able to follow our examples.

We live in a time we're a person skin color and gender matter more then there ability to do the job

Were more concerned with there being people of color in the work place then there actually ability to do the job but lord forbid you mention that and get labeled a racist our a sexist.

Gender quotes and racial quotes fix nothing and case more racism
