A share of all his future earnings? On top of the high monthly payment? That’s what seems unfair to me. If you’ve called it quits on the relationship, then you are saying you have no future with that person. So why are you entitled to their future earnings? It seems like that would be an incentive to never earn another penny to prevent a vindictive ex from getting a share.
