Dude has a point though. In areas where it's mostly men it has to be 50/50, but in areas where it's mostly women there's no change.

I find it strange that work environments that are typically female dominated i.e primary school teaching or nursing do not have the same push to have more men.

Especially within early years teaching were the influence of a positive male role model is desperately in need. Young boys need someone to look up to. The memory of my year 4 teacher Mr O'Neil had a huge positive impact on my life as a young boy without a father.

I'm also guessing that having more males in female dominated professions would eventually see a huge fall in the earnings gap (not a complete fall as men in the UK are only entitled to 2 weeks paternity leave).

College is 60% female and still we push for the academic funding mechanism called the VAWA to grow more scholarships for women exclusively. Against Title IX.

Support ncfm.org who is bringing forward Title IX cases.

Mr Stubbs said: "Government - and I think this is wrong - is bringing in quota programmes across the public sector, but only where it benefits women and minorities. "In areas where it's mostly men it has to be 50/50, but in areas where it's mostly women there's no change." Stating the fire service's control room was 84% women, he said: "I would like assurance that steps are being taken to reduce that."

The guy mentioned that feminist only want quotas in male dominated environments. They want no more than 50% men in any organisation. yet its ok to have 100% women. And he lost his position for saying it.

THIS is what we are fighting agasint.

I think men should quit their higher paying jobs and get jobs as secretaries just to fight the gyocentric attitudes in society.

Can you explain why men making things worse for themselves as individuals will help equalise the genders?
