Honestly fapping puts you at a disadvantage since you are essential taking advantage of your body's reward system. The anger as explained in the sticky post is just the ol' rp making its way into your system. yeah it sucks major ass but once you get over it, things will be gravy. Also you should try out no fap, its a good transition for trp it'll help you regroup emotionally/ physically.

Welcome to the next stage of TRP. It is tough to get through but you will eventually get to enjoy women and learn to appreciate them for what they are instead of what you wanted them to be.

You have been lied to for most of your life about how things work. You are now seeing the world through a different lens and shit just isn't what you were told. It isn't that you hate women it's that you hate that the lies you were told aren't true. You wanted a woman that would love you for the rest of your life just because she saw that certain something special in you, but that isn't going to happen. Ever. The thing is though it wasn't going to happen before either. It's just that now you are informed on what the reality of it is and how to proceed.

Sometimes the game seems pointless but it's all we have. Trying for a blue pill reality will just hurt worse than what you're feeling right now.
