I'm sure some of you have heard of the phrase referring to "entering the right tunnel" when you begin lifting. It's my understanding that it is very easy to lift in a manner that is slightly wrong, which eventually builds into aches and pains and then eventually injuries as you consistently lift and get stronger. Postural and muscular imbalances factor in and you have a recipe to get sidelined as an intermediate and mediocre lifter. I'm trying to make sense of it all but there is so much info on the body's mechanics out there and I can't figure out where my weaknesses are. Anyone have any good resources on this stuff?
