Confronted her and she left Matrimonial home is in my name only Mortgage and title There is alot of equity in the home Home was originally purchased by 3 of us Myself, her, my mother All three was on the original title Proof is there to show my mom contributed to the mortgage every month.

So for the matrimonial home I am pushing for 33% the 3 of us ..vs 50/50 split which would drive her buyout to be much less.

Equliazation - financials have been provided and I have more debt than her..so she would owe me .she has zero debt .

Showing she is going to owe me like 250k equliazation

Question had anyone been owed equalization and used the amount owed to offset spousal support.
