A: We don't hate porn. We just recognize that there's a difference between a few racy pictures and working the crank a few times a month in a dry spell because you don't want to wake up with creamed underwear, and the modern standard where its shot at you out of a cannon, appealing to any taste imaginable, and is endlessly replenished to the point that people really to yank their crank twice daily.

I mean, no, the exemplars of no-fap are selling you bullshit. You're not going to walk on water because you drop the habit, but it does- in broad terms- do good things for you.

B: It changes your expectations. Porn isn't real. You're looking at actors or drawn depictions that are at odds with reality, or outright impossible.

C: It makes you a passive participant in sex.
