Somebody who is aggressive and competent and cares about men's rights in divorces..I got fucked over by my wife so I want the absolute max out of this divorce on all fronts. My wife cheated and I got proof. So alimony is definitely off the table. My wife has used drugs often (weed/CBD to suppress her depression). Her entire 2 year journal is a testament to her depressiveness, mood swings and narcissistic behavior. Only thing I can say is that she has been a good mother to our kids (14 and 17 now).

Any recommendations? My current attorney couldn't even figure out that the other side had already filed. She just went off of an assumption that everything was ok because she got stamped copies of the filing back from court even though I told her that a guy had been at my house with papers in his hand. That doesn't make me feel comfortable with her.
