My lawyer came back and said we managed to file first. Same day a guy comes by my house with papers in his hand. I ask my lawyer to check if my wife already filed. Lawyer says no and that they wouldn't have received a stamp filed copy back. I find it odd. I go to the courthouse website. Search their records and find 2 filings. One from my wife's attorney and one from mine. Kind of losing faith in my attorney at that point if she can't even check something as simple as this. Fuck. Then my father in law came over to "visit" my wife today. Same guy shows up without me knowing it and my father in law just lets him walk into my home to serve me the papers. I didn't want to make a scene so I just took the papers, but fuck I'm pissed off. My father in law was just there to make sure the guy got in obviously.

Edit: After looking at videos I see my wife let him in, but my father in law was definitely there because he knew what was up...
