Their big concern appears to be that it makes this women look "bad". It's men bad, women good and women will never give up the role of victim.

This woman did look bad and had so little evidence the judge decided with prejudice that this case cannot be filed again.

Accusation alone don't constitute convictions, plain and simple.

The Justice System is designed this way to keep innocent people out of prison.

Hence the moniker, it's better to let 10 guilty people go free, than to lock up one guilty person.
