Women are a protected class and always have been. You get sentenced more leniently for the same crimes. Female sex crimes and child abuse is rampant and hardly no attention or repercussions. Family courts and government give you preferential treatment.

Women have the unilateral right to keep or kill a child, or even adopt them out without any say so from the man. Men have no such right. Essentially once the sperm leaves your body you lose all rights to it. Paternity fraud, sperm jacking, condom sabotage and lying about birth controm are all forms that women will use to baby trap a man and hes financially responsible regardless. Consrnt to sex is not the same as consent to fatherhood.

Honestly Roe v Wade should never have been overturned. It's not this gender rights apocalypse people have been making it out to be, but it's really stupid they overturned it.
True. Moral issues aside, the Red states are about to become poorer as the more moderate members of the middle class leave for the blue states. They will also become a bigger drain on the federal purse, welfare wise. They will elect more extreme congressmen, which will mean more congressional gridlock. There is literally no good, practical outcomes in this but many, many, negative outcomes.

Which is in the end still a court, judges are still appointed by politicians but now they vote on cases, so having a majority of judges from your camp basically makes you own court decisions. I think i would be less harsh about it if the judges were actually neutral there.
The only difference is that the supreme court is your final destination, so what they say, goes, until it doesnt because they take back decisions.
