I don't understand the value in dating people who only wait at the finish line for the winners. I want someone who will cheer me on along the way. Why self-improve for a hypergamous minsandrist who doesn't respect you in the slightest? Don't get me wrong people can always improve and we should all be striving for that but I can't really respect someone who only sticks around when the times are good. Especially considering how unstable economically everything is.
