Have any parents successfully put school staff in their place for letting girls get away with everything?

There was one redditor who shared his personal story in the comments section of another sub a few months ago. Ill link it if i can find it. Here is the story in my own words: (main character=Guy, abusive girl=M)

When Guy was in school, there was this girl M who constantly bullied him. Like physically hitting him, calling him names etc. Whenever he complained, his 2 teachers didn't give a shit. Guy tells his mom about it. Mom says to Guy that M probably likes him and the hitting is just a way of showing it to him as people who are shy sometimes mildly bully the people they like.

But the next incident that took place was anything but mild. One fine day when Guy was walking down the hallway, M runs up to him and kicks him full force in the crotch. Guy collapses in pain. M is laughing, people around him are either laughing or confused. But the worse part? The 2 teachers that didn't take Guy's complaint seriously were right there and were laughing too. Now Guy has officially had enough. He gets up and punches M full force in the face. She falls from the impact and is now bleeding from the face and is also crying. The laughing teachers are no longer laughing and send Guy to the principal's office in rage. Guy's mother is called and told that he is suspended for 3 days.

Guy's mother drives him home. Unfortunately, the damage M inflicted on Guy was actually pretty terrible. He couldn't urinate, he was in severe pain, even bled down there and had to eventually go to the hospital for surgery or something. Guy's mom found about the entire story and was now absolutely pissed. She proceeded to go to war.

She first went after the school who immediately settled for about 500k before the media got involved. Then Guy's mom went after the teachers and M's family. She sued them all. Both teachers lost their licenses and one of the teachers and M's family were sued to bankruptcy.

There was so much money that it actually helped Guy when he grew up. And grew up he did. He recovered pretty well, joined the army, left the army and is now working somewhere. M did message him many years later on Facebook asking for forgiveness but Guy didn't even respond to the message.

Was many years ago and Guy also has a daughter now if i remember correctly.

I'm the mom of a son and a daughter. Girls can be soooo mean. Guys deal with their crap usually fairly simply, they tell a guy he's being a jerk, they cool down then they're friends again. Girls hold grudges, they actively seek to hurt others...it's crazy. 'Good girls don't fight' so some of them weaponize their words and they should, I agree, be punished the same. Regardless of the gender.

Once a girl attacked my son (at that moment he was 8). He had bleeding wound on his temple. He didn't tell me what happened. I called the teacher. She explained that my boy was actually protecting this girl against two guys who badgered her... but she hit my son as he was next to her. You see - she hit a boy who protected her!

So i said that next time she touched my son i would go straight to the police (we are not in US so we have different system) and make complains. Teacher tried to say that the girl had serious problems and some troubles in family but i said that i didn't care. I won't wait for the moment when she kill or disable my son.

Also i told my son that hits in the head are extremely dangerous and it could kill. So he WAS never to deal with this girl, never help her, nothing. Her mental and other problems are not his concern.

No problems with here again (for some two tears).

So i would say the earlier you started- the better. Collect evidence and complain to the higher level of power as soon as you can.

ive been bullied by girls endlessly. one shoved two acrylics through my hand. that costed tons to be sewed up and grt physical therapy. others have assaulted me and shit. nothing gets done
