In the beginning, “equality” sounded like a good idea. If nothing else, maybe it would stop the whinning and crying by feminists. But about half way through the societal push towards “equality”, they changed that word to “equity”. Those are far different things, but i made an almost seem less transition.

The problem is, equality means everyone gets a shot, and “may the best person win”. Equity means “there’s too many of (insert group) and we need more (insert group). Naturally this means men are literally having to give up their seats on the bus, under the guise of “inclusivity”. The UN even hosted Emma Watson, where she laid out her “He for she” world plan. One where men needed to “give up their place in society” to make room for more women. No one seemed to realize, or care, that this was literally sexual discrimination. Suddenly, hiring quotas were born.

All we all know, this has caused production in many jobs, to go down. Not because women aren’t capable of doing a job as well as men. (With a few excepts, like jobs requiring physical labor). The issue is, if you already have too many high producing men in a certain job role, you are no longer allowed to hire the best person for the job, if that person is a man. So you have to go with the mediocre/new woman instead.

We all know where this inevitably ends up, and that’s with productive men leaving the job, due to stress and pressure from woke company policies and HR issues.

I think it should be common sense. If talent is present in a small percentage, and the majority of graduates in a field are from one group, then favoring another group necessarily means losing talent.

Do not for a moment think these companies are stupid.

They know, absolutely, that they can score good press with this nonsense AND STILL get educated men to work for them, as men are less swayed by such campaigns and more look to the prize (wel) paying job). Its win/win for them.

On the radio the other day they were pushing "women in construction" and how when an industry reaches 30% female participation, it becomes more profitable etc. You know, all the usual hype.

That would probably explain while nursing, teaching and childcare (90% female) are all disastrous industries. They need at leat 30% male influence in those industries.

This type of nonsense has occurred for ages. As an engineer, at the end of final year all the recruiters made no bones about the fact that they wanted female engineers, not males.

Women are no better than men and men are no better than women. We have complimentary skills. Chauvinists who think that a feminised workplace is superior in performance than a workplace which is predominantly male is kidding themselves. I would remind everyone of the TV reality show where a team of men were put on one island and a team of women on another. The men quickly made shelters, fire, found food etc, whereas the women did not.

When it comes to workplaces, culture makes a place and culture is driven by management. Sadly, to get to a management position there's a lot of backstabbing and white anting to get there and the people in those positions are usually not the most skilled technically, but the most skilled at manipulating others.

Equality is a fool's dream. We are not born equal and we will not die equal. Equality can be established and should be established to a certain extent. Beyond that, it will start consuming more resources for something that will never happen. Just imagine if everyone was born equal-The world will be in a crisis unlike ever seen before. A few things are impossible -Equality(True Equality is one of the few).

Paying women more makes no sense because women want men that earn more than herself. Imagine getting paid less and still have to pay for food etc on dates.

It's called reverse sexism, and just like reverse racism if you take a close look you will see that it is just sexism directed in the other direction. all of the isms are basically vectors they need to be directed at something. unfortunately most people don't understand this so they think if they are reversing the direction of their preferred ism that they are just cancelling it out. But in reality they are just actively making things worse
