When making the movie Tangled, two producers from Disney held a meeting where all the women got together to create the Character Flynn Ryder in Tangled, and what they did was they got all the women to pick the most attractive features of ‘the hottest men in Hollywood’ to make the character.

Which most certainly wouldn’t fly if there was a ‘Woman’s Meeting’ where a bunch of grown men met in a room and looked at pictures of the hottest women in Hollywood. They would be called perverts, and probably canceled to the point of being fired.
