Women thanks men because they mainly work the hard-labor jobs, gets called a pick me. People use the weak excuse that she only focussed on thinking for their jobs and not for everything they possibly did so that makes her a “pick me”. (Even though that’s not what a pick me is)

We can’t even thank people for their work without being a pick me? In my town we had a mad power outage and the utility men went absolutely haaaard (pause) on restoring most of them in one day. Some women get really triggered when somebody points out that the dangerous stuff is left to the men. But like….why? That’s just the way it is, they have the biological advantage to do it well. A woman can do it too if she’s QUALIFIED. Jobs can be physically or mentally draining, it’s not that men are the only ones working hard, but goddamn…. give hard-labor boys a thank you lol. Not like there asking you to get on your knees and suck the duigh and let them put it in the puh.

Weird cause as a woman I've applied to those labor intensive jobs like roofing, oil field, etc and never heard back, even with experience. I did commercial roofing w/ a family friend, black top resurfacing, lumber jacking, built fences, grew up on a farm, etc. But whenever I applied for entry-level jobs that are in male dominanted fields no one ever wanted to give me a call back, even after I went in person and checked on my app/resume, did all the things you're supposed to do to get a job. The only reason I have experience to begin with is because of family and family friends. Men clearly don't want to hire women in those fields for lots of reasons. For example; I was told by the owner of a roofing company that he wouldn't hire me because women are too much of a distraction. So it's funny to me hearing men bitch about about doing all the hard labor when their bosses refuse to hire capable women. I personally prefer labor intensive jobs and getting my hands dirty, I absolutely abhor being trapped in a room for 8+ hours a day. Maybe all you men working those hard labor jobs should tell your bosses to hire some capable women, cause I know for a fact they're applying.

I mean its not that women cant do these jobs; its that the culture discourages women working in blue collar jobs. Stop treating women different (feminist ideals) and you can have women doing these tough jobs!
