A Mod made some good points about my previous post on here, so I’ll rephrase it more as a question.

What’re our thoughts on modern feminists being comparable to red pill dudes in terms of thought patterns?

Some commonalities I’ve noticed:

  • emotional indifference to the suffering of the opposite gender.

  • use of emotional control / abuse to get one’s wants met. “Empowerment” and “holding frame” seem to both mean being awful and labelling it awesome

  • conspiratorial-style thinking regarding history, evolution and socio-cultural structures

  • convincing the opposite gender that they know what’s best for them and what’s best for them just happens to line up with “me” having more control and power

  • ideology being favoured when in conflict with the science, e.g. “wage gap” for feminists and the “all women are emotionally insecure” for red pill

The last thing I’ll note is that red pill men almost always tell stories of existing in extremely feminist spaces and being abused by those feminists, which turned them to red pill. If it is just a pendulum swing, then they must be on the same pendulum (or shoe, to help the analogy).
