Worth noting here, the Innocence Project in the US has gotten 375 people out of prison after 10+ years, only 8 total have been women. They were also the all in the first wave.

Innocent men go to jail at an alarming rate compared to women, like everything else in the legal system, men without a doubt not only get the short end of the stick, but they get the 97% of the entire stick.... you know where the stick is going.

Men are the ones oppressed by the government and legal systems, not women.

How many birthdays, anniversaries, school reunions, life experiences, potential girlfriends/boyfriends/spouses, the list goes on, how much of that did he lose because the state FUCKED UP?!

He should be getting a minimum of $21 million - $1 million per year!

It's about time to tell the truth about the concept of jailing people. We jail men more than we do women because of intragender competition. Even if we exclude all biases, which are true, there is no guarantee that a judge isn't sending innocent men to jail so that there would be more women available. Perhaps he's not even aware he's doing so but men evolved to rat each other out for personal gain, and of that happens to be unjust then who cares it's not me the one who's going to serve time.

The best course of action is to form coalitions like women do to foster the male imperative. And harshly punish non adherents according to in-group/out-group dynamics.

Yeah it would be the male version of feminism but you fight fire with fire.

What isn't mentioned in the Daily Mail article is that the police either lied about, or didn't understand, the DNA evidence, and claimed that it linked Kristiansen to the crime as this article from 2000 says (In this article the 21-year old is Kristiansen and the 19-year old is Andersen):

The court ignored that Kristiansens cell phone was connected to a base station that didn't cover the site of the crime at the time of the crime despite several attempt by the police to get a cell phone connected to that base station and. Instead of trusting the objective evidence from the cell phone, they believed the testimony of Andersen, who got a reduced sentence:
