Damn those are damn tight restrictions. Good too bad she still getting off light when compare to a male perpetrator but that's nothing new, women get somewhere around 30% lighter sentences than men for same crime with exception of murder (depending on circumstances). Don't quote me on that but if I am remembering correctly it is around 30% lighter.
