The sad truth is even if you are proven innocent, the stigma will still follow you, false accusation is the new witch hunt, sorry to hear this is happening to you

write down notes or in long form what you said to the principal about the accusation. Include factual details and information. Ask if there is CCTV of the playground.

keep your notes in your pocket and sit quietly , let your parents talk to the principal. If you are asked to speak and you are nervous then use your notes - if they question why, just say that even though the allegations are FALSE, you are taking the principals questions seriously and want to be clear about what you are saying.

As another has said dont admit to something you didnt do or be tricked. If you dont understand something or a question ask for more clarification.

You need to realize this isn't as simple as getting in trouble with the principal for cheating on an exam, or cussing at a teacher. You have been accused of a possible crime. You should talk to your parents and consider getting an attorney.

When accused a possible crime:

Rule 1. Shut the fuck up. Seriously. Shut. The. Fuck. Up. watch that video. Fucking do it. If you are in the US and a legal adult, I would be careful even talking to your parents. I'd talk to a lawyer and ask them about it first.
Rule 2. Get a lawyer.
Rule 3. Document everything meticulously, securely, and privately. Give only to your lawyer.
Rule 4. Listen to your lawyer. You aren't smarter than them when it comes to law. Sometimes what they say has a lot of reasons and experience backing it up that you might not totally understand. This is why you hire a professional. I do a lot of Title IX work and disagree with my attorneys at times. I always listen to them, and they have always been right.
Rule 5. Always remind yourself before you speak that innocent people get convicted all the time. Don't assume that being innocent will mean you won't get convicted. Don't assume "telling your side" will "set the record straight" or "clear this whole thing up."

I was already called on the principal's office and explained everything and he seemed to understand.

However,i just heard that the school called my parents for a meeting that will be happening in 2 days but they didn't say why for some reason.

If I get accused again I'm afraid i won't be able to defend myself well because I'm not the best at talking while nervous,especially with my parents next to me.

Rule 2. Also, if you are under 18 and in America, I would refuse to be questioned without my parents present. I also wouldn't say shit without your lawyer present.

Luckly I know that my parents will support me and if they hear of me getting accused they will help defend me.

You got good parents.

I've read horror stories where young men disclose that their fathers were simps who had a liking for the female teacher, and when the female teacher does inappropriate things with the students at elementary age, they would tell the student that they will tell their parents that they touched them inappropriately, etc.

One poster remarked that he was sitting on the teacher's lap, and she allegedly touched him, and tried to escape a female teacher when he was in Kindergarten and the female teacher told the parents that the student was running around the class, but she tried to apprehend him.

The student's side was that she was allegedly touching the Kindergartner students and his fellow students were telling him how to prevent being touched inappropriately. The Principal was called and the parents informed. When the student came home, his father asked him what he did, and later beat him with a belt.

You need to tell your parents what is going on ASAP. They need time to prepare for this meeting so they can do a good job protecting you.
