Even though this dude wasn't charged, he was locked up for 40 hours.

She needs to spend the exact amount of time in prison as he would have gotten if convicted of human trafficking.

This is why innocent until proven guilty is so important. Because women lie. No matter the outcome of her trial, she’s clearly guilty.

I am honestly curious... Over the last few months I've read many stories involving women creating accusations and thus charges against men out of the blue. I'm curious if this is a predominantly female trait or if males and females alike do this sort of insane and vicious crap. Anyone heard of guys doing this?

seriously its not the job of the police to deal with societies mental health problems( which they have often complained about). its the job of the piss poor social services..

the police however ( and the CPS) are guilty of not performing a proper investigation.

its sounds like another one of CPS political "conviction" targets, like they do for rape.
