I’ve been kinda down all day, missing my son. I have a bad visitation schedule. I live in NYC and would like to ask the court for more time. My ex refuses to give me more time. I asked for a sleepover visit recently and she replied that any time she gives me is a “give or take situation”, where I have to give her something in the future in return. Our co parenting relationship is very bad. We only communicate via email. I’m constantly being mis-characterized and gaslighted.

I just want 50/50, as close to it or more time in general. Everything I read says that I have to a significant change in circumstance. This is not clear. I just want to see my son as much as possible. I have no criminal record or drug use.
It has been about 2 years since agreement was finalized. She also want to relocate with my son to another state.

Any success stories or reasons for hope.
