Does anybody have any examples of being divorced in indiana? There is no alimony but instead it's called spousal maintenance. Would this be pretty much the same? I see how it's mostly for a spouse who can't take care of themselves but also used for spouses that never worked and stayed home. Every 3 years of marriage accounts for 1 year of spousal maintenance. Any first hand experiences in indiana?
